Laura. 22. HAWAI'I! I LOVE women. Single, in love. I'm employed and a college graduate. I love my family, friends, music, the beach. I'm a laid back person that likes to go with the flow. I'm loyal, motivated, and try my best to be optimistic. I always try to look for the good in people, and keep the negative energy out of my life. I love the person I've become. I've learned a lot with the things I've experienced in my life and they only helped me grow into a better person. I love making new friends so don't be afraid to hit up my ask box! :) oh and...
mah face XD

In No State Is a 40-Hour, Minimum Wage Work Week Enough to Afford a Two-Bedroom Apartment

Clearly, something is wrong.  SHELTER is a basic necessity for SURVIVAL and LIFE.  No one should have to work beyond a normal work week in order to keep a roof over their heads.  And if someone’s working 88 hrs a week (min. wage) for shelter, what are they doing for FOOD?

It’s not enough for a one bedroom, if you also are needing food, transportation (If you can’t find a job in the heart of the city, which would also mean higher rent to live in the city, this is a huge problem), electric, water, toiletries, you get sick, need clothes, need to repair an appliance, ect, ect, ect.

This is so ridiculous..

I need to move out of hawaii.
